Coming from BTL Aesthetics, the Ultra Femme 360™ treatment is an innovative vaginal rejuvenation treatment that uses radiofrequency energy and heating to gently and painlessly rehabilitate vaginal function and appearance.
What is Ultra Femme 360™ ?
Ultra Femme 360™ tackles a number of intimate issues that women can experience at any time of life. Due to aging, the experience of childbirth, or a natural degeneration in vaginal tissue, many women experience problems such as stress incontinence (peeing when you sneeze), loss of sensation during sex, and a feeling of looseness or excess vaginal skin. These can have a huge impact on daily life and importantly, self confidence. With the Ultra Femme 360™ treatment, a tighter, smaller labia can be achieved along with improvements in lubrication and sensation. The treatment can also reduce the size of the vaginal canal.
Ultra Femme 360™ provides a safe alternative to labiaplasty and vaginoplasty and doesn’t involve any of the common risks associated with surgery and anesthesia. Using radiofrequency technology, Ultra Femme 360™ boosts blood flow and simulates the growth of new collagen in and around the vagina, restoring and tightening the area and increasing sensitivity.
How does Ultra Femme 360™ Work?
The Ultra Femme 360™ device works by inserting a disposable tip into the vaginal canal, where the tip is moved along the whole length of the vaginal canal towards the cervix and back towards the opening. Click here to watch a video of how it works. A small band at the end of the device emits radiofrequency waves throughout the length of the vaginal canal. These waves penetrate deeply into the tissues in the vagina and gently elevate the temperature of the cells to over 40°C to help promote and boost the natural process of new collagen growth. It also helps to significantly increase blood flow and circulation in the area.
What does the treatment involve?
The experience of the Ultra Femme 360™ treatment involves absolutely zero incisions or surgical techniques and requires no anesthesia. For most people, they experience gentle warming and a relaxing sensation.
On the day of the procedure, patients will be awake and resting comfortably in our discreet, private treatment room. A specialized, one-time-use treatment head is attached to the handpiece, which is then inserted into the vaginal canal. The lubricated treatment head is gently motioned into the canal to the cervix, and back down again.
In the second phase of treatment, the handpiece is swapped with another disposable tip that is designed for the outer vaginal exterior, which is gently guided along the outer edges of the vagina, along the labia. The handpiece will make multiple passes in a treatment session, and then the treatment is complete!
The entire process of a single session can take as little as eight minutes. As soon as the session is over, patients can instantly return to their daily routine. Patients report no pain or after effects, and treatment is quick and convenient enough to be performed at any time of day.
Recovery & Results
Due to the simplicity and non-surgical nature of the procedure, there is no downtime after treatment. The treatment heads are single-use and disposable, providing ultimate treatment safety. Women can resume daily and normal activities afterwards though you may be advised to hold off on sexual intercourse for a few days.
Immediately after their first session, patients experience instant improvements in both the appearance of the labia, sensitivity and function, since blood flow is instantly increased. This typically results in an increased interest in sexual activity and self-confidence.
Multiple sessions are often recommended to optimize improvements. The exact number of treatments will vary from patient to patient, depending on their body and particular goals for the treatment. At least three treatment sessions are usually recommended to achieve significant results. After each treatment, an examination is performed to assess the results.
Any improvements are going to be long-lasting as the Ultra Femme 360™ achieves results by triggering your body’s own natural, rejuvenation capabilities. Blood flow increases, vaginal tightening, and sexual function improvements are the result of a long-term enhancement in the vaginal and vulvar tissues. Touch up treatments once a year are recommended to maintain consistent improvement, especially if patients undergo future childbirth and menopause.

As qualified nurses, both Angela and Caroline conduct an expert, relaxed and friendly consultation covering off your wishes for treatment and medical background, as well as answering any questions you may have.
If you decide to go ahead, you will be booked in for your first treatment appointment.
Three sessions are recommended for optimal results, and these are usually 1 week apart. Results will be noticeable almost immediately after your first treatment, but will continue to improve even after your final session.
‘Top up’ treatments can be booked in later if needed. This varies from woman to woman, so can be booked as and when needed in future.
Restrictions to going ahead can include pacemakers or copper IUD implants, if you have any existing vaginal infections or medical conditions, which Angela and Caroline can discuss with you. We suggest scheduling appointments around your menstrual cycle, so that you aren’t having treatment while on your period.
During treatment, radio frequencies are emitted from a disposable wand that is inserted into the vaginal canal. Treatment is quite comfortable and completely painless and most women feel just a warming sensation.
Each treatment takes about eight minutes to complete, and three to four minutes to complete the external labia treatment. There is no downtime or discomfort afterwards, so treatment can be done any time on any day.
